Siply FAQs: Electrolytes and Creatine
Why 1000mg of sodium?
Sodium is the main electrolyte you lose in sweat, and most people lose far more of it than potassium or magnesium. Many electrolyte drinks only contain a few hundred milligrams, so we put in 1000mg per sachet to replace a meaningful amount of what you actually lose. Each sachet also has 200mg potassium and 60mg magnesium.
Is it keto-friendly?
Yes. Siply electrolytes are zero sugar, around 10 calories per sachet, and sweetened with stevia leaf extract, so they fit keto and low-carb diets. Siply Pure Creatine is 100% creatine monohydrate with zero sugar and zero calories.
Can I drink this every day?
Yes. Lots of our customers have one sachet first thing in the morning, as you naturally lose fluid overnight while you sleep. If you train, sweat a lot or live somewhere hot, a daily sachet helps you stay topped up. Just listen to your body, and if you are on a low-sodium diet for medical reasons, check with your GP first.
Does it taste salty?
Surprisingly, no. The minerals are balanced with natural fruit flavours and malic acid, which hide the saltiness. Mix with 500 to 1000ml of cold water and start at the stronger end, then adjust to taste.
When should I take it?
Before, during or after training, or any time you feel you need a hydration top-up. First thing in the morning is a popular choice, as your body loses fluid overnight while you sleep.
What flavours do you do?
Five natural flavours: Watermelon, Lemon & Lime, Raspberry, Pineapple and Mixed Fruits. Not sure which to pick? The Sample Box gives you one sachet of each for £6.99.
What is in Siply electrolytes?
Salt (sodium chloride), malic acid, magnesium malate, potassium chloride, natural flavours and stevia leaf extract. That is it. No sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no colours or fillers.
Is Siply vegan and gluten-free?
Siply Pure Creatine is vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free. Our electrolytes are made from plant and mineral ingredients with no animal products.
How much creatine is in each sachet?
Each Siply Pure Creatine sachet contains 5g of creatine monohydrate, with 30 sachets per bag. It is unflavoured, so you can mix it into water, coffee, a smoothie or your Siply electrolytes. You do not need a loading phase. Just take one sachet a day.
Can I take creatine and electrolytes together?
Yes. Many people mix a creatine sachet straight into their electrolyte drink. Our Performance Stack bundles both, and our guide to taking them together explains more.
How many servings are in a bag?
Every bag of Siply electrolytes and every bag of Siply Pure Creatine contains 30 individual sachets, so one bag lasts a month at one a day.
Where does the £1 per order go?
£1 from every Siply order goes to If U Care Share, a north east charity supporting people affected by suicide and mental health. You can read more on our Sip For More page.
Can I subscribe?
Yes. Choose the subscribe option on any product page to get your electrolytes or creatine delivered on repeat at a lower price. You can change flavour, skip or cancel from your account.
